Our vision is to offer you the intelligence and practical experience we’ve built for years as teachers in the form of yoga and pilates, and a hybrid of the 2. All of our staff members have at least 10 years of teaching experience. We’ll start out with the foundational components of yoga and pilates, and offer more intermediate classes as we get stronger as a community.

STEPHANIE BRANNON
Stephanie found yoga in her 20s after losing 3 close friends and family members. She was overweight and depressed when she stumbled upon a yoga video by Bryan Kest, founder of Power Yoga. “I practiced with this video almost daily for 10 years. It healed me emotionally, physically and mentally and set me on a path to investigate the deeper levels of the yoga sutras.” Her subsequent studies included workshops with Sean Corn and Shiva Rea. She then went on to Teacher Training with Becky Jordan (30+ year, 500 RYT, Yoga Therapist) in 2011. Becky hired Stephanie immediately after her training ended, recognizing the passion she was able to translate to students through yoga. After teaching there for 5 years, she went on to teach at Wimberley Fitness and Orange Moon Yoga in Wimberley.
In addition to teaching yoga, Stephanie also practices the human bio-energy field cleansing through the use of tuning forks and singing bowls. She also practices the healing art of Reflexology in the feet, hands, ears and face. With a background as an EMT and a licensed massage therapist, Stephanie’s knowledge is all encompassing and threaded into each of her yoga classes. In the coming months, we will add another dimension of hers that includes couples Thai Yoga.
Jamie and Stephanie base their yoga classes on building strength through proper alignment of the asanas, so the material is cohesive for the benefit of the growth of students at the studio.
